Native pivots silently drop subtotals and grand totals at row limits

Summary
With native pivot tables enabled, row caps or user limits can remove subtotal and grand-total rows without a truncation warning. The reporter keeps the flag off because totals disappear from financial pivots.
- Workaround
- Keep MB_USE_NATIVE_PIVOT_TABLES disabled and use the default multi-query pivot path.
