Your users already wrote down what bites them, in public threads. Claim your product's page, free, and answer them on the record: your reply sits under the report, marked as verified at your domain, for everyone who reads it.

What you get

A reply under any report, shown to everyone as verified at your domain.
A public feedback board: promote reports, set Planned, In progress, Shipped or Declined. People who voted or said “me too” are emailed when a status changes.
A roadmap and a changelog with RSS, linked to the reports each entry fixes.
A private inbox of new reports, submissions and disputes about your product.

How it works

Find your product below and open its claim page: it opens with your own numbers and what your first reply would look like.
Enter a work email at your product's domain. Friction sends a confirmation link there.
Open your dashboard and reply, post, publish.

Reports come from public sources and are not edited by the vendor. A wrong one is flagged and reviewed within 3 working days.
