Sprint Pass
For one research sprint: you picked a product to build against, beat or buy, and you need everything its users said, in one week. Pay once; nothing renews.
Pro
For staying current: you keep watching products, get the weekly digest of what is new and rising, and ask for pages that do not exist yet. Cancel any time in your account.
Vendors
Free. Claim your product's page, reply on every item, and run a board, roadmap and changelog on it.
Questions
“Where does this come from? Is it scraped reviews?”
It comes from public posts by the people who use the product: Hacker News threads, public GitHub issues and discussions, and vendors' own public changelogs. Each item links to the exact post. Nothing is copied from G2, Capterra or Reddit. The data page lists what is stored, where it is from and for how long.
“How do I know it is accurate, not an AI summary?”
Every excerpt is 25 words or fewer and is checked in code to appear word for word in the source, so you can click through and read the original. The summary above it is written by Friction and is labelled as such. Vendors can reply on any item, and anyone can report an item for correction or removal.
“What if I only need it for a week, or want out?”
That is what the Sprint Pass is: seven days, one payment, no renewal. Pro can be cancelled at any time from your account and keeps working to the end of the period you paid for. Your collections and briefs stay on your account either way. Withdrawal rights are set out in the Terms.
