Allow session replay URLs to be normalized or controlled

Summary
The session replay recorder records the raw URL independently of the tracker, so normalized SPA routes are not reflected in replays and heatmaps. The author requests a URL hook, reuse of the tracker's normalized URL, or a manual mode to prevent fragmented pages and sensitive identifiers from being stored.
